Professional Qualifications

J. D. Sullivan is licensed to practice law in California (admitted in 1981), Arizona (admitted in 1985) and Nevada (admitted in 1994). He is a Special Master for the State Bar of California, and has served as a Judicial Arbitrator for the Superior Courts of Los Angeles and El Dorado County, and the District Court of Nevada. He has taken numerous cases to trial, in both state and federal courts, with successful results.

Personal

Mr. Sullivan has been married since 1980 to the lovely Christine Sullivan, and they continue to raise and be involved in the lives of their 5 children.

Charitable Activity

Mr. Sullivan serves as a volunteer and founding Trustee for the City of Refuge, a nonprofit corporation providing housing and support to homeless and pregnant women, as well as temporary and permanent foster care for children. In addition, Mr. Sullivan has served for many years as a Community Bible Study Teaching Director, as well as a Board Member of Calvary Chapel of the Foothills, in La Canada, CA. He also volunteers as General Counsel for the Sierra Nevada Community Land Trust, a Nevada nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing affordable housing in Northern Nevada.
