Retirement, Closing of My Practice, and Thank You!
I am writing to share a change in my professional status. I am formally retired now and am closing my law office as of October 31. As you may know, I have been in the process of retiring, scaling back staff and space, for over two years, and the time has come to make retirement a formality. At the ripe age of 71, I am looking forward to new adventures and will no longer be involved in the active practice of law.
I have not yet sold my practice to anyone, but it has been on the market, so if a buyer is found, I will notify you. For general legal matters, at this time, I recommend Neal Falk, Minden Lawyers, Minden, NV. For estate planning or estate administration matters, I recommend Danielle Christenson, Heritage Law, Minden, NV, or Neal Falk. If either of those referrals are unworkable, then I have, for decades, recommended Allison MacKenzie, Carson City, NV. For personal injury matters, I recommend Bradley Drendel & Jeanney, Reno, NV.
